This book is one of those stories that just stuck with me. Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland hit it out of the park again with this cute tale about a sexy British doctor and the nurse that's trying to keep things a little too platonic. When ER nurse Bridget Valentine stops by the hospital with a fishing hook stuck in her butt after a trip with her son, Brendan, goes terribly wrong, she is not prepared for the sexy, British (yes! everyone loves some British man candy) doctor that shows up to take care of her. Dr. Simon Hogue is by far the best looking doctor in the hospital but he seems to be the only one without a place to live. When his best friend, Calliope, sets him up with a spare bedroom she found online, he's surprised to see the cute nurse he pulled a fishing hook out of. With the tension building and the boundaries between their roommateship blurring, Simon and Bridget must decide what they're willing to sacrifice to have the type of relationship they want. When everything begins with a letter accidentally delivered by Brendan, who knows what will happen.
Cliffhanger: No
Overall: 5/5
