This is a story about Hannah, a poor kid living in foster care, then along comes Blue. Hannah thought Blue was the love of her life. After a terrible incident one night in her foster home, Hannah made a decision that cut Blue out of her life permanently, or so she thought. Five years later, Hannah, now known as Lola, is working at 'The Grand' strip club and with Blue, The Grand's head bouncer. While she just wants to forget her past and continue to move forward, Blue is making that impossible. Still angry and hurt over the choice Hannah made, Blue wants revenge and Hannah is unable to say no. This story was very unique, and I really enjoyed it. Hannah made a poor decision that she thought would be the lesser of two evils and ended up sending Blue to jail. Blue has been watching Lola strip night after night, and he's finally had enough. What started out as one night of revenge turned into a rocky relationship. I'm a huge fan of Warren's novels and this perfectly fits in with her "Stripped" series. The story was well thought out and enjoyable. It was also a quick and easy read. Given through a series of flashbacks, the reader is able to understand not only what happened to Hannah but why she made the choice she did. The ever interesting Candy also makes an appearence from the other "Stripped" novels. I would recommend this novel if you're looking for a fun and steamy read.

Cliffhanger: No

Overall: 4/5
